Sales Manager

Job Description: 

1, Responsible for market research and demand analysis; 

2, Responsible for annual sales forecast, target setting and decomposition; 

3, Determine the sales department target system and sales quota; 

4, The development of sales plans and sales budget; 

5, Responsible for the management of sales channels and customers; 

6, Formation of sales force and training of sales staff; 

7, Evaluate sales performance and build sales team. 

Job Requirements: 

1, Specialized degree or above, majoring in marketing and other related majors; 

2, More than 2 years of sales industry work experience, sales management experience is preferred; 

3, With rich customer resources and customer relations, excellent performance; 

4, With strong market analysis, marketing, promotion skills and good interpersonal communication, coordination skills, analysis and problem solving skills;

5, Have a strong sense of enterprise and have certain leadership ability.
